Each file type is priced independently. The base rate applies to the first file of each type. Each additional file of the same type is billed at the reduced rate below.

- Original source files preserved in full.
- Internal documentation maintained for receipt, preservation, handling, processing, and delivery of materials submitted through our services.
- Written process reports available for select engagements outlining the steps performed by Exhibit A Media.
- Exhibit A Media does not independently verify authenticity, admissibility, or relevance, and does not guarantee evidentiary foundation, courtroom acceptance, or admissibility.

Limited-availability remote and in-person hearing support for select matters.
Scheduled remote or in-person hearing support may be available for select matters by advance request only and is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by Exhibit A Media. In-person hearing support is currently limited to select South Florida matters.
$175/hour | 3-hour minimum | Half-day reserved block: $600 | Full-day reserved block: $1,100 | 14-day minimum lead time
Custom quote required. Travel, parking, tolls, mileage, third-party platform costs, and any required equipment rental, setup, or special hardware are billed separately unless expressly included in the written quote.
